- Return Period

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
The original proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Send an email to kaylee@siyonix.com with the subject “Return Request”.
In the email, provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for return.
We will process your request as soon as possible and provide you with a return address and further instructions.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, you will receive an email notification informing you of the refund approval status.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
- Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods you receive are defective or incorrect. In this case, we will cover all shipping costs.
